Sometimes Lion King merchandise the results can end up looking more like Kiara. For now there are currently seven categories of Accidental Kiaras.
Accidental Resemblance to Kiara
Nala can end up looking like Kiara in terms of color scheme and art style on accident.
Nala Pop Figure
Honestly this Nala Pop Figure looks a bit more like Kiara. Part of it is probably her colored paws, and the lighting kind of giving her that goldish look. I do have this pop figure and love it though. I have a feeling if they made a Kiara Pop Figure they'd probably recolor this one.
Nestle Sarabi Figure
This is a Sarabi Nestle figure from the 1994 release of The Lion King. The colors on this set are pretty limited and thus Nestle accidentally predicted Kiara through her grandmother,
2019 Simba FigureI dunno why but some 2019 Lion King Simba merch looks more like a live action Kiara than Simba. Maybe it's the lack of ear rims that cub Simba has in the original movie?

I guess this one has more to do with Simba having a more golden color that I think is more fitting of Kiara than anything.

Again the golden coloring. To be fair this still does bare resemblance to Simba, but it seems more like what Live Action Kiara would look like more than anything.

For some reason Disney has a habit to recolor Kiara into Nala, despite them having totally different face shapes.

Timon and Pumbaa Sticker
This Timon and Pumbaa sticker labeled "Bug out!" has it's origins as Simba's Pride art. This is when Timon and Pumbaa are surprised that Kiara is a girl. This is not the exact source but a promo picture for The Lion King 2 Simba's Pride has a very similar pose. When I track down the original pose I will put it here, but it is from Simba's Pride.
Accidental Simba's Pride
Return to Pride Rock
This one could be entirely a coincidence but it's worth noting that
Return to Pride Rock was the name of one of the
Simba's Pride soundtracks.
It's possible Thomas Kinkade named it after the soundtrack. He seemed to have been aware of Simba's Pride as his art piece titled simply The Lion King it seems he painted Simba and Nala's cub to resemble baby Kiara.

Some merchandise of Rafiki holding up baby Simba is generic enough that it could be Kiara. (Because why not? Disney's not giving us Kiara merchandise, so we have to improvise!)

Accidental Nuka
The Scar pop figure for the 2019 Figure resembles Nuka more than it does Scar honestly.
Outsider NosesThe lions in The Lion King 2019 have black noses so a lot of merchandise ends up making them look like they have Outsider noses.

So this Simba shirt makes him look more like an Outsider than anything. The maroon one just kinda makes him look like a live action Kovu. Maybe the golden one could be Kovu and Kiara's son.
Chaser x Disney Hakuna Matata Sweatshirt
The reason I'm putting this Lion King shirt here is the animals walking across the sunrise. This doesn't happen in the first Lion King but it does happen in Simba's Pride as the animals head to Kiara's presentation.
